Joining Health Gorilla Clinical Network
1. Clinical Network allows registrations on the web using any browser, as well as through the mobile app downloadable on Apple Store and Google Play. The Clinical network has two entry points: for Doctors and for Patients. Please navigate to our home page https://www.healthgorilla.com and choose how you are joining us.
This the entry point on the web; depending who you are, select For Providers (or Staff) or For Patients on top:
Once there, click the SIGN-UP button.
And this is the first screen you would see when you open the Mobile app:
2. Alternatively, if you have previously registered - please click the Login button instead.
The system will ask you a series (typically 3-4) questions to help us identify your identity. The questions are not created by Health Gorilla, we do not store your answers either. Because of the strict HIPAA compliance rules Health Gorilla utilizes several approved and certified identity verification systems in the US, such as credit bureaus, government identification systems and in some cases, biometrics, such as used on your mobile device. If you have successfully answered the questions - the system will allow you to create your personal credentials: login name and password. Please keep it private. If you encounter any issues during the registration process - contact Health Gorilla support by opening a ticket in this support portal or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 844-HGORLILA during normal operation hours.
3. If you are a provider - you can find and claim your Clinical Network profile in order to register. In the search box on the home page type your name or NPI number and click Search. Once you found your profile - click Claim This Profile button. This will save you some time in filling out registration fields.
