In the Settings, you can control how you interact within Clinical Network.
The following sections are available:
Click My Account to reset your password, upload your picture (it will be visible to all members of your Network and Care Circle), and update your email address.
In the Notifications section, you can specify how you want to get notified by the Clinical Network. If you downloaded the Health Gorilla mobile app - you can subscribe to push notifications in addition to emails. Please note that email notifications do not contain any medical information; they will simply notify about an event and prompt you to login to the Network.
You can maintain your current most up to date medical coverage information in the Insurance section. This is especially useful to update your medical providers about any changes in your coverage or new plans. Most of the time, this section will be already filled in from your providers; if not - please fill it in and we will communicate the updates to your providers. Please note, that any updates you make may not be accepted by your providers; it depends on providers' actual plan participation and official billing records.
In the Invoices section, you will see any new Invoices if any are generated by your providers to release your medical records. You can subscribe to timely notifications if a new invoice is received.
